bls Topas, Karat, Rubin

The bls products Topas, Karat and Rubin allow all variants of flexible room design, employing safe and progressive technology.

The core part of our element is hidden between covering panels: A welded circumferential steel frame with additional cross bracings. The steel frame is the bearing skeleton for the functional parts, for the covering panels and the connecting profiles. This structure makes the framework extremely torsion resistant and therefore an ideal construction and secure foundation for high elements.

A sound insulating factor of Rw 44 up to 59 dB can be achieved depending on the model and acoustically acting surfaces. The bls product range covers the perfect track system for every layout by in-house development.

bls Topas

Funktional protection of edges by girding vertical aluminium profiles in standard colour E6EV1, anodised (silver).
Every RAL shade to be chosen as profile colour.
Especially recommended for movable walls in highly demanded surroundings as for instance in schools or canteens.

bls Karat

Integrative design.
Element joint and front view to be realised with the same surface.
Even surface without protruding profiles.
Depending on the choice of the surface, coating of the edges is possible up to a material thickness of 2 mm.

bls Rubin

Integrative design and best sound insulation.
Edges as with type bls Karat.
Additional sealing lips in the shadow gap between the elements and element thickness of 120 mm ensure our best sound insulation of up to Rw 59 dB.
